3. User Responsibilities

As a client or user of our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account login information.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Grant us necessary access to your advertising accounts, CRM, and analytics platforms required to perform our services.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for our services are set forth in your specific Client Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for any accounts that are past due.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary AI automation workflows are our proprietary property. However, any specific creative assets (images, ad copy) produced specifically for your campaigns will become your property upon full payment of fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Conversion Growth Media or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the performance of our marketing campaigns, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to Conversion Growth Media, you agree to receive messages for appointment reminders, account updates, and marketing promotions.

• Opt-In: You opt-in by submitting a contact form or booking an appointment.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
